Classification Mechanism
The Cupa Clujului MTB General Classification is determined by the cumulative points earned by a rider across all officially sanctioned races within the current season calendar.
- Eligibility: Riders must participate in at least 3 of the 5 scheduled events to be eligible for the final general classification standings.
- Categories: Points are awarded strictly within the rider's designated age/gender category. There is no overall cross-category ranking for the primary cup.
- Tie-Breakers: In the event of a points tie at the end of the season, the rider with the higher number of 1st place finishes will be ranked higher. If still tied, the result of the final race of the season will act as the ultimate tie-breaker.
